Twilight Sparkle Dress Design

the last of the Mane Six designs!

i didnt draw the twilight sparkle in the corner blah blah blabbity....

the next thing i post will be the fronts of all six, as a collection/line/group whatever. lol


so this one....

Twilie's word was "Shimmery," because of her sparkly magic and adorable glittery cutie mark. so i played up on the magic aspect of her, and made something fashionable yet still simple, modest, and practical. i see this as something she'd wear to see the princess, which she does often. lol. so, of course, i played up on the colors of her mane, which are also her coat, eye, and cutie mark colors. i love how she has those streaks of bright orchid and magenta, so the top is a reflection of that. within the folding of the rouching in the bodice all the way to the drop waist, the colors of indigo blue, purple, orchid are shown randomly, and the pink is beaded, so it would peak out with a little whimsical sparkle. the bottom is a simple A line, not too poofy or too constricting, with a sheer silver organza overlay, which is lightly beaded toward the bottom for some sparkle balance. she has a silver hair clip in her lightly curled voluminous hair, and the pink magenta belt in the middle has a starlike blast of silver beading, dead center.
i see this with deep purple shoes with some simple beading. no other accessories.
